Certificate of Authenticity policy
Hollywood Parts will provide a certificate of authenticity if the movie prop is verifiably connected to a production or title. Hollywood Parts by agreement works with each production to best ascertain the actual usage of each piece. Hollywood Parts will provide, by request, a certificate for items over $200.00. For items marked 'Hero,' over $200, Hollywood Parts will automatically provide a certificate endorsed by Hollywood Parts. For all items under $200, there is a $10 fee.
Disclaimer - By accepting the Props,wardrobe,vehicles etc., Purchaser agrees that the Items sold to Purchaser is/are on an “AS IS” basis and condition. Seller makes no representations or warranties regarding the Items, including any warranty of origin, merchantability or fitness for a particular use, or that the Items is/are in compliance with any applicable city, state or federal laws or code. Purchaser acknowledges that Purchaser is aware that the Items was/were used in connection with the filming of a motion picture and may have been modified for such use, and Purchaser is aware of actual and/or potential damage to any Items prior to entering into this agreement and Purchaser agrees to assume all risks associated with the Items, including, without limitation, any patent or latent defects or consequential damages Purchaser may suffer as a result of the ownership of the Items. Purchaser shall not issue any publicity or advertising using the motion picture from which the Items originated.
